  • Acceptance: By making a purchase from Orientmattor.com, you enter into a binding agreement with North Carpet AB, organization number 556534–0576, under these terms.
  • Purchase Confirmation: A purchase agreement is concluded when your payment has been approved.

2. Prices and Payment

  • Currency and VAT: All prices are stated in Swedish kronor and include VAT.
  • Shipping Costs: Any shipping prices are displayed separately in the order before payment.
  • Price Changes: We reserve the right to adjust prices due to changes in exchange rates or market conditions.
  • Payment Options: Secure card payments are handled in collaboration with Klarna and Svea. Invoice options are available for eligible customers, subject to credit checks.

3. 30-Day Right of Withdrawal and Open Purchase

  • Withdrawal Period: You have a 30-day right to withdraw from your purchase or opt for an open purchase, starting the day after you receive the item.
  • Product Condition: Returned products must be in unaltered condition, in their original packaging.

4. Certificate of Authenticity

  • Authenticity Guarantee: North Carpet AB certifies that all hand-knotted carpets are genuine and of oriental origin, verified by the Swedish Chamber of Commerce's inspector/appraiser.

5. Complaints and Warranty

  • Complaint Rights: You have the right to lodge complaints for defective products under the Consumer Purchase Act within three years of receipt.
  • Warranty: A 1-year warranty is provided on all products, from the delivery date.

6. Delivery Errors

  • Reporting: Please report any delivery errors, damages, or incorrect items to info@orientmattor.com within a reasonable time after receipt.
  • Responsibility: We cover all costs in the event of an approved complaint and comply with ARN recommendations.

7. Personal Data

  • Privacy Policy: Our processing of your personal data is detailed in our Privacy Policy, which is integral to these terms.

8. Unclaimed Packages

  • Administrative Fee: Unclaimed packages incur an administrative cost of SEK 495. For special orders, the entire order value is charged.

9. Minors

  • Age Restriction: Agreements with minors (persons under 18) require a guardian's written approval.

10. Amendments to Terms

  • Changes: We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time.
