1. 30-Day Right of Withdrawal
- Time Frame: You have a 30-day right to withdraw from your purchase, starting the day after you receive the item.
- Condition: The product must be in unaltered condition, which means it should not be used. You are, however, allowed to carefully open the packaging to inspect your purchase. The item must be returned in its original packaging or equivalent.
2. 30 Days Open Purchase
- Flexibility: In addition to the right of withdrawal, we offer a 30-day open purchase on all our goods.

3. Refunds
- Processing: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund within a reasonable time frame.
- Method: Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. If the payment was made by credit card, the refund will be credited to the same account.
4. Return Shipping
- We offer a hassle-free return policy for all our carpets. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days at no extra cost. - Packaging: Ensure that the product is well-packaged, preferably in the original packaging, to prevent damage during transit.
5. Return Approval
- Inspection: The return is not considered approved until we have inspected and verified the item's condition.
- Non-Refundable Costs: Please note that any optional extras and original shipping costs are not refundable in the event of a return.
- Unapproved Returns: If a return is not approved, the item will be sent back to you, and you will be charged for the shipping.
- Heavy Carpets: If the carpet weighs over 35 kg, please contact us first. The return shipping cost for heavy carpets will be at the customer's expense.
6. Unclaimed Packages
- Administrative Fee: Unclaimed packages that are returned to us will incur an administrative cost of SEK 495, including VAT. For special orders, the entire order value is charged.
